Tui Na
Focuses on Energy Meridians
applying acupressure to release
energy blockages and facilitates
healing. Massage can be accomplished while fully clothed.
Swedish Massage
Primarily for full-body sessions and promotes general relaxation
while improving blood circulation
and range of motion as well as
relieving muscle tension.
Raindrop Therapy
This was designed by Dr. Gary Young using pure essential oils
along the spine in a specific layering technique to kill viruses that hibernate there. This therapy greatly boosts the immune system and is recommended when
feeling run down or when not getting over a virus.
Shiatsu
Similar to acupressure, shiatsu concentrates on unblocking the flow of energy and restoring balance in the meridans and organs to promote self-healing. The treatment brings a deep sense of relaxation while stimulating blood and lymphatic flow. The benefits often include painrelief and stronger resistance to disease.
Deep Tissue
Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow and deep pressure on contracted areas by following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia.
Touch for Health
Utilizes muscle testing, acu-pressure and massage to improve postural balance, reduce physical and mental pain and tension while promoting emotional healing.
